He now has 5 extra hours every day..."

Same product, different communication style. Stories win hearts!
Why stories work: Our brains are wired for stories. We remember stories 22 times more than facts alone!
The Perfect Story Structure:
1. Character: Someone relatable (preferably from your audience's world)
2. Challenge: A problem they faced (that your audience also faces)
3. Conflict: The struggle and emotions involved
4. Solution: How they overcame it (using your idea/product)
5. Result: The happy ending with specific benefits
Weak way: "We should improve our customer service response time from 48 hours to 4 hours."
Story way: "Last week, a frustrated customer tweeted about waiting 2 days for a response. It went viral with 50,000 views. Our brand took a hit. But imagine this: A customer tweets a question, we respond in 4 hours with a solution. They tweet back praising us. That goes viral instead! Zappos built a billion-dollar brand doing exactly this..."
Stories create vision, emotions, and urgency!
"We used to be/do [OLD STATE]. It was painful because [PROBLEM]. Then we discovered [SOLUTION]. Now we're [NEW STATE] and achieving [RESULTS]."
"Meet [NAME], who faced [CHALLENGE]. They tried [FAILED ATTEMPTS]. Then they used [YOUR SOLUTION], and now [AMAZING RESULTS]."
"Imagine two companies. Company A ignored [ISSUE]. Company B embraced [YOUR IDEA]. One year later, Company A lost [BAD RESULT]. Company B gained [GOOD RESULT]. Which company do we want to be?"

5. Ask Clarifying Questions: "Can you help me understand..."
6. Remember Details: Reference what they said earlier
