Today, we bring you a short but powerful tale —
About two little birds 🐦🐦 and one helpless monkey 🐵…
A story that will touch your heart ❤️, open your mind 🧠,
And leave you thinking —
👉 “Is advice always helpful?”
Because sometimes — even the right words 💬
At the wrong time ⏳
Can turn into a big mistake! ❌⚠️
But wait — that’s not all!
📌 After the story,
We’ll share another powerful example from the corporate world 🏢
With real-life personalities you know…
And Corporate Daduji’s signature storytelling twist 😎🧓
So buckle up 🎢
✨ Open your heart, sharpen your mind —
Let’s begin! 👇
🌳 The Story Begins
In a quiet jungle 🌿, far from city noise,
Two little Sparrow birds 🐦🐦 — a male and a female —
Lived on top of a strong, tall tree 🌲.

With love 💛 and hard work 💪,
They had built a beautiful nest 🪺 —
Their own little home, full of peace and protection.
They would always say,
“There is no comfort like our own home.” 🏡✨
❄️ Cold Winds & Strong Rain
One winter morning, the jungle turned freezing cold ❄️🥶.
Even the sun ☀️ had disappeared behind the dark clouds ☁️.
The wind was howling… and it smelled like a storm 🌪️ was coming.
The male bird looked up and said,
“Looks like rain is on its way! But don’t worry — we are safe.”
Why?
Because their nest had a roof made of thick green leaves 🍃🛡️.
Rain couldn’t harm them!

And soon, it started —
🌧️ Jhama-jham barish! 💦💦
The birds peeked out of their nest and smiled 😊.
They were safe, dry, and warm inside.
🐵 Enter: The Monkey
Just then, they saw a monkey 🐵 walking slowly toward the tree.
He was completely wet — clothes dripping 💧, teeth chattering 😬,
And his body was shaking with cold.

He sat under the tree, trying to warm himself with his hands 🤲
But the rain kept falling… and he had no shelter, no plan, no hope 😞.
The female bird felt sorry. She whispered,
“Poor monkey! We can’t call him inside, but we should say something…”
She gently asked:
“Monkey brother… don’t you have a home?”
The monkey looked up, tired and sad.
He said softly, “No… I don’t.”
The bird said:
“But why? You have hands and feet like humans.
You could have built a house.
See how our nest protects us from rain and cold?”
😤 Wrong Time, Wrong Talk
The monkey stayed silent 😶.
But inside… his anger was growing. 😠💢
He was already suffering from the cold —
And now he was getting a lecture! 😤
He looked up and said,
“Can you please stop talking for some time?”
But the female bird was not done yet!
She continued:
“We worked hard to build this nest.
If you had shown a little planning, a little effort —
You wouldn’t be suffering today!”
🔥 That was it!
The monkey’s anger exploded like a volcano! 🌋
He screamed, “You think you’re smart?! Safe?! Let me show you something!”
He jumped up the tree in one quick motion 🐒💨

Reached the nest… and with both hands —
He tore the nest apart! 💥
Leaves flew… twigs broke…
And the nest — their home — fell to the ground. 🪺➡️🌍
The birds screamed and quickly flew away, saving their lives. 🕊️💨
Their beautiful home… destroyed. Just like that.

🧠 The Moral
Dear friends, remember this:
👉 Even good advice becomes dangerous,
When given at the wrong time to the wrong person. ⏰⚠️
The monkey didn’t need advice —
He needed warmth… care… silence. 🛌☕🧘♂️
But instead, he got gyaan — when he was at his lowest.
And what happened?
He destroyed everything in return.
🧑💼 Coming Up: The Corporate Version
In a few seconds, we’ll tell you a similar story —
But not from the jungle 🌳…
From your very own jungle — the Corporate World! 🏢🐅
With real people, real roles, and real mistakes…
And how giving advice at the wrong time
Can ruin a career, a team, or even a company 💼💣
Get ready for part two —
🎯 “The Frustrated Manager & the Junior Analyst” —
Only in Corporate Daduji style! 🧓🔥
🎯 Once upon a time in a Corporate Jungle .
Sorry Jokes part in a Corporate World
Filled with targets 🎯, reports 📊, meetings 🗓️, and deadlines ⏳
Here lives our “Monkey” —
But not on a tree — he sits in Cubicle No. 27 🪑
Meet Rajeev, a senior analyst — but currently, a frustrated manager-in-the-making.
He’s tired, stressed, and carrying the
weight of missed deadlines 🧳📉
Client just shouted at him.
Boss just emailed him: “Need that report in 2 hours.”
And his tea spilled on the keyboard.
Again. ☕💻🔥
Now enter our “Lady Sparrow Bird” —
Fresh, confident, full of enthusiasm:
Say hello to Ananya, the new junior analyst 🌟
Bright, talented, but… a little too eager to give feedback.
⛈️ The Scene of the Storm
Rajeev is sitting at his desk, holding his head 🤯
He’s cold, burnt out, and completely done with the day.
Ananya walks up with a coffee in her hand ☕
She smiles and says,
“Sir, you look stressed. Can I say something?”
Rajeev doesn’t respond.
She continues anyway:
“Actually, I just feel — if you had delegated better in the last project,
we wouldn’t have been so late!”
Rajeev looks up slowly… 😐
Ananya keeps going:
“I mean no offense, sir — but you try to do everything by yourself.
Maybe if you trusted the team a little more… we’d all be less tired.”
Now pause here.
Ask yourself —
Did Ananya say anything wrong? 🤔
No.
Was her advice meaningful? ✅
Yes.
But was this the right moment? ❌
Big NO.
💥 The Outburst
Rajeev, already running low on patience, suddenly snaps 😡
He raises his voice:
“Oh, now you’re going to teach me management too?!
It’s your second month in the job!
First learn how to format a report properly!” 📄❌
Ananya stands frozen —
confused and embarrassed infront of all🧍♀️😔
People look up from their desks.
That moment?
Her confidence broke, like the nest from our jungle story. 🪺💔
📉 The Fallout
In the next few weeks…
Ananya stopped taking initiative.
Rajeev stayed irritated and more alone.
Their team chemistry?
Cracked. 🚫⚙️
Productivity?
Down. 📉
Trust?
Broken.
Why?
Because a good message was given at a bad moment.
🧠 Corporate Lesson
💡 Even in the office —
Don’t give advice when emotions are high.
Don’t give feedback when someone is mentally low.
They may not remember your words —
But they’ll remember how it felt.
Like the monkey in the jungle —
A person in pain wants peace, not preaching. 🙏
So before you speak, ask yourself:
Is this the right time?
Is this the right tone?
Is the other person open to listening — or just trying to survive the moment?
Timing is everything.
So friends — whether you are a junior or a manager,
A leader or a learner —
Wisdom is not in speaking first… but speaking right. 🎤
