Good Communicator মানে সে—
• খুব fast ইংরেজি বলে
• heavy vocabulary ব্যবহার করে
• টানা অনেকক্ষণ কথা বলে
👉 If you think so, today let me tell you one simple but powerful truth.
❌ This is NOT good communication.
ভালো communicator সে নয় যে দ্রুত কথা বলে।
ভালো communicator সে নয় যে সবাইকে impress করতে চায়।
👉 ভালো communicator সে—
যার চিন্তা পরিষ্কার।
Let me ask you something.
Have you noticed what happens in most meetings?
A meeting often begins with people from different levels of the organization.
In the meeting—
Some people speak too much.
Some repeat what others have already said.
Some speak only to be noticed.
সবাই কথা বলে…
কিন্তু কেউ শোনে না।
But when the meeting is about to end—
something interesting happens.
Everyone waits.
They wait for one person.
And that person is usually the one chairing the meeting—
the M.D. or the C.E.O.
When that person finally speaks—
👉 the room becomes silent.
No interruptions.
No arguments.
Just attention.
Why?
Because leadership is not about how much you speak.
It is about when you speak.
It is not about volume—
👉 it is about value.
It is not about position alone—
👉 it is about clarity of decision.
A real leader listens first.
Absorbs everything.
Filters the noise.
And then speaks only what truly matters.
That one sentence at the end
often carries more weight
than all the discussions before it.
That is not magic.
That is communication maturity.
🧠 তাহলে ভালো Communication মানে কী?
❌ জোরে কথা বলা নয়
❌ fancy English নয়
❌ nonstop speaking নয়
✅ ভালো communication মানে—
👉 আগে calm mind
👉 তারপর clear thought
👉 তারপর precise words
Remember this—
Communication is not about speaking more.
Communication is about being understood.
And leadership communication?
That is about silence before speech.
