A Keynote Speech using the P.A.R.T.S. Framework
Hey Confident Storytellers! 👋
Thank you so much for giving me this wonderful opportunity to speak on a subject that is very close to my heart —
“Finding Your Inner Potential.”
First of all, a big round of claps for our amazing host — Mr. Haritosh! 👏👏
For choosing such a lovely topic and creating this powerful, inspiring platform!
And of course… a big clap for all of you, for managing time from your busy schedule to invest in your own growth! 👏
So let’s begin this amazing evening together! 🌟
P.A.R.T.S. Framework
🅿️ P – Phrase (Start with a Power Line)
All of you must have heard that unforgettable story from the Ramayana —
the story of Hanuman’s transformation.
When Jambavan reminded Hanuman of the strength he had forgotten…
Hanuman suddenly realized —
he was never powerless…
he was just unaware! 💫
And that’s the truth for all of us, my friends.
We are not weak — we’re just unaware of how powerful we already are.
But here’s the twist —
I’m not going to play Jambavan today. 😄
Because in Kaliyug, my friend,
you’ve got to become your own Jambavan! 💥
🅰️ A – Anchor (Share a Story)
Let me share a small story — one of my favorites.
Once upon a time, on a high mountain,
an eagle built her nest and laid a few eggs.
But one stormy night — lightning struck! 🌩️
The nest fell down…
most of the eggs broke… except one.
That one egg rolled down the hill and landed in a farm —
right in the middle of a hen’s nest. 🐣
Days passed… and one morning,
a few little chicks hatched —
along with… a baby eagle.

Now, this baby eagle grew up with the chickens.
It scratched the dirt, ate grains, and thought —
“I’m a chicken too.”
One day, it looked up at the sky —
and saw a magnificent bird soaring high, touching the clouds. ☁️

It asked the hen,
“Who’s that amazing bird?”
The hen smiled and said,
“Oh, that’s an eagle — the king of the skies!
But you… you’re a chicken. You’ll never fly that high.”
But here’s where the story changes. 😉
The young eagle looked again at the sky and said,
“But we look the same!
If that one can fly… then why can’t I?”
In Bengali, we say —
“যে বোঝে সে খোঁজে, যে খোঁজে সে পায়।”
(He who understands, seeks. He who seeks… finds.)
And so the eagle started seeking.
It practiced jumping from rocks, spreading its wings —
failed again and again…
but never stopped.
And one magical morning —
it flapped its wings with all its heart…
and finally… it flew! 🦅
High, free, limitless.
That day — the chicken no more existed.
Only the eagle remained.
🆁 R – Reflection (Make Them Think)
My friends…
How many of us are living like that eagle —
believing we’re chickens?
How many times have we looked at someone successful and thought —
“Wow, I wish I could be like them”?
But the truth is —
you already are!
Every time you take one small step forward,
every time you say, “Yes, I can,”
you awaken that hidden power within you.
Remember —
you’re not waiting for your wings to grow…
your wings are waiting for you to use them! 💫
🆃 T – Technique (Give a Tip)
So here’s a simple tool I personally love using —
I call it the A.I.M. Formula 🎯
1️⃣ A – Awareness:
Ask yourself — What am I truly capable of?
What do I do so effortlessly that it doesn’t even feel like work?
2️⃣ I – Intention:
Start every morning with one small, clear goal.
It doesn’t have to be big — just focused.
3️⃣ M – Momentum:
Take one small action daily.
Even if it’s imperfect — keep moving.
Because when Awareness meets Action,
your potential turns into Power! ⚡
🆂 S – Sales (Sell Your Message)
So, my dear storytellers —
as you continue your 21 days Challenge,
remember this truth deeply —
You don’t need anyone to give you power.
You already have it!
You are not here to live like chickens…
You are born to rule the sky like eagles! 🦅
So go out there —
Spread your wings,
Speak your truth,
Live your purpose —
And let the world see —
the Hanuman inside you,
the Eagle within you! 🔥
Thank you so much, everyone! 🙏
Story Power to You! 💥
