Finding Your Inner Potential-Bird Way

A Keynote Speech using the P.A.R.T.S. Framework

Hello, confident storytellers!

Thank you so much for giving me this wonderful opportunity to speak on a subject that is very close to my heart — “Finding Your Inner Potential.”

First of all, a big round of applause for our amazing host, Mr. Haritosh, for choosing such a lovely topic and creating this powerful, inspiring platform!

And of course, a big clap for all of you, for taking the time from your busy schedules to invest in your own growth.

So, let’s begin this amazing evening together!

P.A.R.T.S. Framework

P – Phrase (Start with a Power Line)

Birds don’t need any training, any framework. They don’t wait for anyone’s instructions or any motivation. They don’t rely on someone to teach them how to fly. They take the initiative by their own. They fall, they struggle, and bounce back every time after falling down. They rise—gracefully, confidently, and boldly. Their journey is one of instinct, resilience, and courage.”

My dear friends, we have learned a lot from Mother Nature. We are living in Kaliyug, and you’ve to make your career and life by yourself. Nobody is going to help you!

A – Anchor (Share a Story)

Let me share a small story — one of my favorites.

Once upon a time, on a high mountain, an eagle built her nest and laid a few eggs. But one stormy night, lightning struck! The nest fell down, and most of the eggs broke, except one. That one egg rolled down the hill and landed in a farm, right in the middle of a hen’s nest.

Days passed, and one morning, a few little chicks hatched—along with a baby eagle.

Now, this baby eagle grew up with the chickens. It scratched the dirt, ate grains, and thought, “I’m a chicken too.”

One day, it looked up at the sky and saw a magnificent bird soaring high, touching the clouds. It asked the hen, “Who’s that amazing bird?”

The hen smiled and said, “Oh, that’s an eagle—the king of the skies!

But you… you’re a chicken. You’ll never fly that high.”

R – Reflection (Make Them Think)

But here’s where the story changes. The young eagle looked again at the sky and said, “But we look the same! If that one can fly… then why can’t I?”

My friends, how many of us are living like that eagle—believing we’re chickens?

How many times have we looked at someone successful and thought, “Wow, I wish I could be like them“? But the truth is, you already are! Every time you take one small step forward, every time you say, “Yes, I can,” you awaken that hidden power within you. Remember, you’re not waiting for your wings to grow… your wings are waiting for you to use them!

T – Technique (Give a Tip)

So, here’s a simple tool I personally love using—I call it the T.S.C. Formula:

  1. T = Take Initiative: Take one small initiative and take action daily. Even if it’s imperfect, keep moving. Because when Initiative meets Action, your potential turns into Power!
  2. S = Seva Mentality: The Power of Giving
  3. C = Consistency

S – Sales (Sell Your Message)

So, my dear storytellers, as you continue your 21-day Challenge, remember this truth deeply: You don’t need anyone to give you power. You already have it! You are not here to live like chickens… You are born to rule the sky like eagles!

So, go out there, spread your wings, speak your truth, live your purpose, and let the world see the Hanuman inside you, the Eagle within you!

Thank you so much, everyone!

Story Power to You!
